Our engineering supervisors ensure the following
- Ensure that all safety procedures are applied and followed by workers
- Coordinate with other engineers or supervisors to prioritize projects and ensure that they are met
- Review project proposals to determine feasibility, scope, cost estimates and timelines
- Monitoring the work of Engineers to ensure their compliance with plans and specifications
- Recommend new technologies for use in projects based on cost, safety, efficiency and other considerations
- Review blueprints and other design documents to ensure they meet department standards for safety and quality
- Training and supervision of workers on construction sites, including architects, engineers, workers, welders, crane operators
